The works comprised the basement and sub basement shell and core works to facilitate the future occupation of a known London gym operator. Works comprised phased asbestos removal and strip out and relocation of M&E installations, creation of duplex double height space, water proofing to basement vaults and creation of new level access entrance . The works were undertaken as part of an agreement to lease and coordinated with the incoming occupier and delivered on time and budget.
