Lee is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector. He started his career at EA Shaw before moving to Nelson Bakewell in 2006 and then Capita Symonds where he was an Associate Director until he formed Rougemont Property Consultants in 2012 where Lee is a Director.

Lee specialises in Dilapidations and Project Management work but is involved in all facets of Building Consultancy working with Institutional Investors and Developers on Asset Management strategies and refurbishment works and development from demolition, new build and back to frame refurbishment projects.

Neil is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has worked in Private Practice for over 30 years. Neil started his career at EA Shaw where he worked for over 20 years becoming a Partner, moving to NB Real Estate in 2009 as Director of the Project Management team until leaving in 2012 to set up Rougemont Property Consultants where Neil is a Director.

Neil specialises in Project Management and has successfully managed a large range of projects ranging from feasibility studies through to construction on-site. He has particular expertise in commercial mixed use developments for a variety of property developers and institutional clients.

Harry has worked in various building consultancy private practices for 8 years having completed a Masters in Building Surveying in 2010. Joining NB Real Estate in May 2010, Harry later Joined TFT Consultants in 2011 achieving Chartered membership to RICS in May 2013. Now at Rougemont since September 2013 he is integral to all facets of building consultancy including Project Management and wider building surveying professional services including dilapidations, contract administration, building surveys and Party Wall.

Harry is extremely driven, constantly striving to achieve the best possible standards and delivering projects for all clients. A keen rugby player, Harry currently plays for the RICS XV and at his local club side Dorking RFC.
