Acting as Project Manager and Contract Administrator, Planning Approval was obtained to extend the existing four storey mixed use retail and office building in the centre of Welwyn to accommodate a 79 bedroom Travelodge Hotel whilst retaining occupied retail and offices during the works. The Project includes the refurbishment of common parts and office space, installation of new windows, new roof and mechanical and electrical services alongside the new build extension and hotel fit out to transform this 1950’s building.
