Acting as Project Manager and Contract Administrator, the Project involved the strip out of existing retail units, installation of a new sub-station and building fabric repairs to put the building in repair and to shell and core and overseeing a change of use application. Following this, a Project Monitoring role is ongoing on behalf of the Landlord in a compliance role in regard to the hotel construction works and interfaces with the retail units due for completion in September 2018.
