Imperial Works is a former factory building in Kentish Town formerly the home of the Imperial Organ & Piano Company the building was already converted for office use. The brief comprised the refurbishment and extension of the existing building by building on the inherent robust qualities of the existing building and its features of industrial heritage. The works involved a new roof top extension, extending the core and installation of new lift, window replacement, tanking works to basement and full CAT A fit out within strict programme constraints for a pre-let tenant.
