Acted as Project Manager & Contract Administrator on the new build office development of a six storey 30,000sq/ft building behind a retained façade to the Rathbone Place elevation. The works were carried out on an extremely tight site following extensive RoL and Access and Oversailing negotiations, and were made more complex by having to support theretained façade from within the site itself.
