Our PM schedules identify, accurately cost and programme current and predicted repairs, maintenance and replacements to the building fabric according to age, condition and other factors.

The Service

• Visit site and assess the building fabric
• Produce maintenance schedule to suit the clients exact requirements
• Work with Property Managers and Facility Managers to ensure the schedule accords with service charge budgets and items of priority
• Produce detailed schedules of work that can be easily converted into specifications
