Project Management
We manage Projects and Programmes for development work of all types from demolition and new build to frame retention and re-clad, refurbishment to shell and core or CAT A and B fit out for Commercial offices, Leisure and industrial property and residential development. We lead the Project through all the RIBA Stages from inception through Planning and design to construction and handover and post completion. We identify the key issues and risks and manage this with the Project Team and provide a Contract Administration Service for all contract types.
